I had the pleasure of having Otto of The Hot and Cool Guys come to our new house and give us a quote on running a gas line from the front of the house all the way to backyard to hook up a bbq. He arrived on time for his appointment and gave us a couple different options and explained the pro's and con's of each. Otto had provided us with a solution that made it the least intrusive and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and his professionalism and courteous attitude really makes our decision easy in the future when looking for an HVAC provider.

Top notch service and response times! Got a call almost immediately after submitting an inquiry that our furnace fan stopped working and hence we had no AC during the heatwave. Otto came out late on a Friday evening to immediately diagnose the problem - unfortunately we required a new motor. Monday morning Otto was on it and came back Monday night to finish the repair. Great communication, speedy service and fair pricing! Would recommend and would definitely use them again!

Otto did a great job diagnosing and verifying a burned out blower motor and went above and beyond to complete the repair in the middle of a heat wave! Great service!

I called Hot and Cool guys for my HVAC service. I had a issue with starting my AC. I was very worried I would have a expensive repair. I had technician Otto come out. He was very honest and assured me only a capacitor needed to be replaced. He had the part with him and change it quickly and efficiently. Also not a huge cost! Thanks Otto!
