They came for a consultation. Recommended a fix a could do myself but explained they could do the job if needed. I decided to do the fix myself but offered to pay for their time and insight into the problem. To my surprise, they did not take any payment. I appreciated their knowledge and honesty so I will definitely call them again when I need further work done on my house.
