I called Corey (the owner) to discuss about my heater not coming on during the Thanksgiving Day. He promised to dispatch a technician. Sarah showed 2 days later to check what the problem was. I must say Sarah is one of the most pleasant and detailed technician I have seen around. She took her time to troubleshoot the problem and ensured I was carried along on everything she found.

She narrowed down the problem to the circuit board and reached out to the supplier immediately.

The supplier originally promised to have the material delivered a few days later and Sarah already planned to get me some standalone heaters to keep me and my family warm.

Sarah later got a call from the same supplier promising to deliver the board same day. Sarah quickly reached out to me and came over to install and got the issue resolved same day.

Thank you Sarah for your touch of excellence and professionalism. You surely rock at what you do and I appreciate your promptness and forward thinking approach.

My family won't have to worry about cold weather because of you.

Corey and team recently helped us out with our home renovation and I would highly recommend them. We’ve had exceptional service and quality workmanship from Wood’s Heating & Air. We needed a gas line installed in our kitchen for our new gas range as well as preparing for our Inground pool next summer a gas line for the pool heater. They installed both on separate occasions and we can be more pleased with everything. We highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
