New kitchen cabinets and granite counter
I had EnHome Cabinetry install new kitchen cabinets and a granite countertop. Most of their work is finished at night, so it is difficult to see any flaws when the job was "finished" and you have to pay the installer on completion of the job in accordance with their contract.
However, immediately after the counter was installed, I noted that the joints in the granite counter were uneven, so I asked them to fix it. They sent back their installer who ground the two sides of the joint leaving a visibly rounded joint which he left unpolished. I took photos to their office the next day and they reluctantly sent him back but after a lot of arguing that he had done his best he refused to return again to polish it properly so I had to pay someone else to get it done. The joint is still visibly rounded.
Also, after six weeks the inner panels of two of the cabinet doors showed signs of shrinkage (bare wood visible) so I took them off and returned them to be fixed. After two half-hearted attempts, the doors looked worse than when I originally returned them with very visible painted lines at the edges of the inner panels. I then requested that the doors be replaced, but they absolutely refused.
There seems to be a lot of disagreement within the group of people who run this company and some of them are very rude so I have concluded that in order to deal with this company, it is mandatory that you are able to speak their language (Chinese), but I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anybody.
