I recently had the pleasure of working with [Mr.Farooq] to renovate the main floor of my house, and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the results. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

[Mr.Farooq] and his team tackled a comprehensive renovation project that included a complete overhaul of the kitchen, flooring replacement, upgrades to the washrooms, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire house. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, every step of the process was marked by professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

First and foremost, the craftsmanship displayed by [Mr.Farooq] and his team is truly unparalleled. The quality of workmanship in every aspect of the renovation is evident, from the precision of the kitchen cabinetry installation to the flawless execution of the flooring and tiling. Every detail was meticulously attended to, resulting in a finished product that exceeded my wildest expectations.

Terrible experience with Pure Interiors Inc. Mr. Farooq, Ahmed and Hassan are very soft spoken and promised a lot when I signed the contract. But once I paid, they started making excuses of Covid, shortage of building materials, shortage of employees etc. When I was following up about the delay in my basement work, most of the times they did not responded to the phone calls/text messages/emails. They did not had any qualified and certified employees. Always asked me for advance payments, if not paid in advance they stopped the work. Believing that if I pay they will complete the work, but they took my hard earned money without doing what they promised and put me in a very difficult financial situation. Their promises are untrue. Contract milestones were not followed. As per contract the work was to be completed in 6 to 8 weeks, but after 13 months they did only 50% of the work and whatever done was partially finished with poor workmanship. Finally I get rid of them with a legal notice and hired a different contractor. I had to demolish the work done by Pure Interiors Inc. that cost me, double the price to finish the project. I totally agree with all the bad reviews here. Please be careful and stay away from this contractor.

Very bad experience with Pure Interior Inc. I agree with many of the other reviews here about how bad their service was. I could not explain with all the bad thing i went through with them shortly, I signed up with them October 2019, total quote was given 35k work started delayed and only there for a 3 days did basic partial framing done there after no sign of them took Advance money and material cost around 15k paid. the work worth of 2-5K. I was so tired of following up with them dragged me for 8 months with all the excuses they could call of, (covid, short of employees, company problem etc.) finally i had to give notice from lawyer and terminate them. which cost me money to avoid them to sue me. I have all the evidence in writing, emails, phone call records etc. but i don't want the stress i left it and counted as loss. i hired some other contactor and finished the work but that costed me double than what we estimated as the new price gone up after covid. I would not reccomned this company. Mr. Farooq sounded very soft spoken given high hope but highly disappointed.

-no project mgr, just radom contractors sent to do work without accountability or quality control
-City inspections failed & significant safety issues as a result of workmanship
-lien placed on home because I refused to pay the balance on contract due to contractor's negligence (Bansal&Mehta-just as irresponsible as Pure Interiors for even processing the lien)
-breach of contract on many occasions
-Inconvenienced owner due to other issues that arose from poor workmanship
-an overall nightmare dealing with company's representatives, very unprofessional

Terrible experience with Pure Interiors Inc. Work started in July 2020 and didn’t complete by the end of the year. he was asking for the full money before completing the job. they even put a lien on my property with Bansal & Mehta lawyers. this is their scare tactics to get the full money without completing the job. then I had to pay the legal fees and extra money to release the lean. when they left the place, city inspections at different stages didn't pass, it was a disaster both outside and inside the house. They left my backyard like a landfill, my neighbour was very unhappy because these people threw garbage to his property and walked on his property. concrete wasn't applied properly and things were falling apart. they didn't even put the door properly. no light outside. sump pump wasn't done properly....it was above the floor level. it was plugged to a socket in the furnace room via an extension cord...outgoing pipe went out through an opening above the door......no check valve. after seeing his work, city inspectors were laughing. whoever saw his work were asking me where did you find this guy. I was humiliated. I had to higher another contractor and ended up paying a lot more to redo his work and to complete the job.

No...No...Please please stay way form this company
They are the worst contractor to go with, be aware, unreliable, and does not have a qualified team of trads. Very poor quality of work as per some pictures, I have to keep very close watch on work all the time
Very sweet tongue, talks too much, promises a lot and result nothing, always asking for money money and money. never pick up phone calls, never show up in time, never finish a job in time or on budget.
Once gets the money, start to make excuses of COVID not to complete the work.
I hired him for more then 55K legal basement renovation project in Brampton area, he has to complete all work by July 2020 but till today work is not finish Company failed to finish the work, So finally after 10 months, I had to fire last week

beware. will take longer time than quoted and then if you cancel he will use Mehta & Bansal Lawyers to put a lien on your house. The owner admitted that they have 6 liens into place last month. you dont want someone taking over your house for things that they didnt do. they will try to settle with you by exaggerating charges on lien documents. this is definitely a scare tactic.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

When they came to give us a quote everything was possible. They said yes to almost everything and we were so excited to start our kitchen renovation. Everything changed when we signed a contract with them. Note that this all happened within one year of the renovation.

- they always showed up late.
- the entire project was delayed by two weeks ... just because.
- quarts countertop was scuffed and scratched
- grout work messy and falling apart
- hinges are coming apart on cabinets and paint already chipping
- floating shelves installed not as we requested
- sink faucet leaked for days before they came to fix it. When they did they said the faucet was faulty and brought us a larger, bulky sink faucet without or approval.

Contract states 10 year warranty after months of issues we got ahold of Hassan to take a look at the issues. He promised to fix them all and would contact us to set a time to come in. This was 3 months ago. He’s been ignoring our calls and emails since.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional, inconsistent service. Would never recommend.

Once he gets the deposit, stars to make excuses not to complete the work and does not answer or return calls.
I hired him for 45K renovation project, he failed to hire a plumber to do the work, he failed to pass any city inspection. I had to fire him.

Pure Interiors helped me and My family when we hired a different company to renovate our kitchen, the contractor left us without completing the job and the kitchen was falling apart. We were referred to Pure Interiors to redo our kitchen, they helped us save cost and did an amazing job to our satisfaction.
