The French Connection Cleaning Services

Our cleaning day fell on the day before a Holiday.
The day before my autistic son’s outdoor birthday celebration.
We had no teason to know it wouldn’t happen as cleaning was scheduled on the same day it always is for many months now.
Skipped our house without even letting us know.
3 hrs AFTER our cleaning was due I texted, then was finally told we wouldn’t be getting our scheduled cleaning as “the staff are too tired from fitting in the “extra” houses”!

Excuse me?
Then stick to the regular schedule you agreed to, or find more staff if you can, clean it yourself, don’t make promises you can’t keep OR be better organized!

So utterly unreliable and unprofessional. No loyalty to customers.
