Failed to fix the problem, installed the wrong part and refused a refund

Do not use them. They were unable to fix the issue after more than one visit, installed the wrong hardware and overcharged me for it. I contacted another company, and they fixed everything. Green Heating and Air Inc. refused to refund the cost of the hardware even though I offered to return it. Very unhappy customer as the repair ended up costing me twice what it should have.
