I want to say my deepest thank you to Ish and his crew for the amazing job they did installing my furnace!

The biggest thank you goes to Ish! Your customer service, attention to detail, product knowledge and the way you educated me the customer on maintenance and furnace do's and don'ts absolutely blew me away!!!

Being Italian i'm a bit of a perfectionist and Ish was incredible. Very professional! Plus, My wife was also very pleased on how nicely he cleaned up his working area and was quick to tell me i can learn a few things from Ish! Haha

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Alistar was a memorale one that i had to do so.

I even sent Ish home with a few jars of my homemade Tomato Sauce. as an Italian that says it all!!!!

Our air conditioner broke and we had no idea what to do. Alistar Heating and Cooling came on such short notice and fixed it within 2 hours. He works hard and took the time to explain to me what happened and what I should do in the future. Before he left he cleaned up without being asked. Was super friendly and kind. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing great, friendly and competent service. Thanks again!!

ISH did a great job taking care of us. Not like other companies that I have dealt with, ISH took the time to make sure if there was anyway that the present unit could be repaired, before suggesting a replacement. Normally, I have had companies that were trying to sell their most expensive units and not even really attend to the problem. ISH took extended time to check everything and determine the cause. Once it was determined the unit had to replace, he recommended the least expensive and best a/c. He and his team than took the time to hook it up properly so it would last. ISH even found other errors other repair people had done, and fix those as well, no cost. He put in well insulated lines that I know will last a lifetime, plus hooked me up with a new ac that offered ac 10 year guarantee. Lastly, he explained many things well, that will me save money in the future. I would definitely recommend most highly. His level of service is a roll back to the old days.

Ish attended to do a simple disconnect for me. No issues with the work completed, issue is with service. He was really loose about timeline and pushed it back a couple times before coming out to do the job. I requested he come back to switch out the gas line later on as I had other work to do before we needed that service performed and he never replied. When I called him 3 days later he said he got the email and would respond that night. It’s been a few more days without response so I moved on and have reached out to other companies.

Excellent Company to deal with. I called for service based on the previous reviews on this website and ISH took care of everything promptly and with outstanding service. ISH took the time to go through everything with the furnace to make sure it was working and once identified the faulty part ran out and purchased it. After installing it for me, he waited a few days to make sure it was working then followed up with me. Will certainly call again if any HVAC work is to be done.

Needless to say the service I received was amazing, the work was done in a timely manner and very clean and tidy. I felt comfortable being home alone while work was being done and was impressed that I was shown what was being worked on and the new parts that were being installed. I did not feel pressured nor uneasy about anything. 10/10 would recommend, very professional and personable.

Ish and his team did and incredible installation job and made sure that everything was functional before he left. He made sure the work sight was clean and tidy before he left and if there was any issues to contact him and will ensure to make the corrections. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, you will not be disappointed.

Ishmael was very helpful in answering all our questions. He was prompt, experienced, polite and kind. He gave us good suggestions for future furnace replacement. He told us how to maintain our unit. I'm happy with his service and will highly recommended him to my family and friends.

The old unit had to be removed and replaced with a new one. The work was professionally done. Very neat and clean up was excellent and all garbage taken away.
