Friendly and fast but did not deliver what was promised

Mark was friendly and followed up and confirmed appointment. I purchased the Gold package but didn't receive before and after photos and no drill brushing was performed of the vents. As no pictures were provided, I can't comment on if drill brushing was not necessary.
