Since the initial meeting, estimate and design consultation the process was straightforward without gaps for misunderstanding.

Overall, the timeline was extended as per the waiting period from city permit issuing but from there on the rest went fluent. The workers should up everyday and each day they cleaned up before leaving which is important as it means they were organized and real professionals. Especially the bathroom look came out super as I was expecting something ordinary but I followed their recommendations in choosing the tile etc which if it would be my choice would be horrible.

I used DBR to get my basement legalized. My contact Muhammed was punctual and on point for everything. The crew took care of all process from getting the permit to choosing the finishes and i am very satisfied to have chosen this company. I had cheaper quotes which were not concing as Muhammed broke down all the cost and by the end it made sense. Keep up the great work!

DreamBuild with Donald did a very good job with renovating my house. I upgraded the master Bathroom, the floor I installed new hardwood also gave it a new paint. Overall I am very happy with the quality.
