Dave was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. He's a real dependable guy. He arrived a few minutes before his window, got to work with the snake, and 20 minutes later my kitchen sink was draining again. I paid via cheque and he said he wouldn't cash it until he emailed me the receipt and did just that. Pricing was also much better than other quotes that I got. He's a real honest pro that I would not hesitate to recommend.

I was provided David's name through a Contractor who had originally re- did my bathroom and kitchen.
Very polite, friendly, and professional. Pulled out hot-cold valve from wall in shower, carefully blow-torching to loosen and remove the old, fragmented piece, replaced part, tested and good as new!
This was the 2nd time as he was referred to me to extend my water connection in my garage.

During the cold snap last year, our water shutoff valve to the outside garden hose spigot was damaged and we couldn’t stop the water flow. Our usual, go-to guy for plumbing issues couldn’t get the job done (too challenging), so we turned to David Wayne who came highly recommended from some friends of ours. David showed up on time, appraised the situation, explained what needed to be done, what new parts needed to be purchased, and provided an estimate. He sourced out a better valve and went to work with total confidence and soon had the job fixed. We were amazed. He made the job seem easy when our usual guy was stressing us out with his scenario for fixing it. Since then we’ve had David back numerous times to deal with plumbing issues and he’s always on time, courteous with a sense of humor, and he knows what he’s doing. Needless to say, he’s our new go-to guy. David’s prices are reasonable and when he leaves your home, you don’t have to worry about the issue anymore. He’s the kind of guy who would be back in a flash if there were any issues with his work. Highly recommend!

Our insurance company recommended we install a backup drain to prevent basement flooding. Mr Wayne took charge and procured all the necessary materials. The work was completed in a timely manner and our basement was thoroughly cleaned up. Since that time, not only do we enjoy a discount on our home insurance, but we are confident in heavy rain storms and the basement shower finally drains properly. Mr Wayne also cheerfully has obliged us with minor plumbing needs since that time.

David always came on time and completed the job in a timely fashion and the price was exactly as quoted. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. Also, a perfect clean up after completion.
