got the quote in march 2020 paid deposit work didnt get done till september eavestrough leaked worse than the old one had a issue with the downspout after many emails and calls they came out to fix but still leaks everywhere have been ghosted ever since will not respond to email and their phone is out of service very disappointed in this company!

Paid a deposit back in June and have been ghosted like everyone else recently. The sales email address also no longer exists. Do not use this company, for your project will never be done.

Worked with this company to get some work done on our eaves/fascia/soffit. Everything went well to the minute they took our deposit in May 2021. The job was scheduled for August and within a couple weeks they emailed us to let us know it would be done in December. After that, they ghosted us. No returned phone calls, emails. It's January 2022 and I haven't heard a thing from this company since August.

Still waiting for crew to complete work. Postponed several times - almost a year now. How can this be? They won’t refund the deposit so they can drag on and on.

I received a free estimate back in September 2020, quoted in late October, paid deposit of 30% in November 2020. They have scheduled the job over 15 times , I had to hire a different company to complete some of the work because it was emergency. Tanya and Angie keep stalling my installation date . If I get my deposit refunded , they are keeping 15% because I am backing out in contract . I email them weekly , they never contact me first .

After several delays the crew got to our house. The workmanship was excellent. They worked throughout the day and cleaned up the work site completely. Have nothing but good to say about their workmanship. Asked them a few questions throughout the job and got courteous and informative answers.

When Neil came out to give us an estimate, he was very informative and answered all of our questions. After reviewing the estimates we got from other companies as well, we chose Rexford. Our appointment was booked and then, covid hit! Angie got in touch with us quickly to update us and we understood that we would have to wait, like the rest of the world on hold. Once we got the message that our project could proceed, Mauricio and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were efficient and did a wonderful job. However, after a downpour, we noticed two little leaks and I contacted Angie again. The team were rescheduled to return and they fixed our issues. We no longer have any leaks and we love the work that was done. Everyone we talked in this company have been very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a serious problem with my fascia and soffit, the wood attached to the roof was rotting away. Rexford estimator came out, gave me a quote so I was happy. I had contacted a couple of other companies that couldn't quote at the time. After waiting for a while, today they came, changed and fixed it, then they were gone. Maurizio, John and the crew were fantastic. They were polite, courteous, very focused on getting the job completed to my satisfaction and answered all of my questions. It looks fantastic!

Siding was done on rental unit and not done correct. Been calling since September for them to fix it and they will not return calls or go fix the siding. Do not use them. No this is the correct company the rental unit is in Hamilton, ON. ××Update owner is horrible and started yelling about his mistakes and disconnected call. Horrible customer service as per other reviews this company only cares about getting the incone.

Please be careful not to give them your card info until everything is final. They gave me a quote and charge my card even though I didnt select them. They want to deduct 15% from my refund, but want me to send them a letter asking for my $ or they wont give it back, even though 5 people said it was to be refu dedicated. Btw they 29% than the closest quote. DO NOT USE THEM.
