Joe and I worked together on several homes. Joe is an expert in all matters related to sanding, washing, and sealing. He always started early and was well-prepared for all required tasks. He was great to work with, as he has a positive and professional attitude. He knows how to assess and provide fair prices to clients and is prepared to make reasonable adjustments, even on the starting day. It is hard to find good people to provide services. I want Joe to work on my own home, as he is not replaceable.
