We called PT Lawn Sprinklers to open our sprinkler system this spring. The owner of the company came out to do the job. It was a little tricky getting it done - he didnt show up at the time he gave us and seemed caught off guard on the phone when we called because he was late, but eventually did come by to open and check our system. The next time we ran the system, we noticed a number of small problems that should have been addressed when opening this system, for which he apologized and asked if he could come back on the weekend. Unfortunately, after this it was impossible to actually get him to come back and address these things as promised. Over two months he many times said he said hed get back to us about a time (and didnt), or planned to come by (but did not show). This past Friday he told us a crew would be at our place at 8am, and that they would be on time (knowing we had to leave the house shortly after). At 9am, we had heard nothing, and I messaged him to let him know we ran out of time and had to leave the house - to which he responded again with a couple of excuses (and no apology). Perhaps a heads-up and an apology that he would be over an hour late (after months of being unable to follow through with his promise to come by) would have been a more effective way to retain a customer. We will certainly not hire PT Lawn Sprinklers in the future.

if I am wrong I say I am but you sir are mistaken when I came by to start your system I was alittle hasent to come in your home due to the covid
2nd every was in operational when I came in and showed you how to operate your timer. you also forgot to mention you purchased this home and haven't turned the system on. until I came. I was on time for the start up and spent an 1.5 at your place I do have tracking on my trucks and you did help me because your timer was inside your house in the basement.
I was late yes more then once to come to a service call we were undermanned and swammpe with services calls. sir you also forgot to say you went away alot and you were not always at home. but thank you for teaching us a lesson from now on when it comes to timing we start leaving a 3 hour window from call to call because yes we do good work we try to keep everyone happy on our part which is hard to do
considering going to job site and dropping off material and then heading to service calls. I try my best
