Harmony Window Decor was excellent. Ephraim was easy to correspond with, punctual and knowledgeable. He came prepared with everything needed to service 5 different types of blinds. He communicated as he went, explaining what he was doing and helping me make decisions about next steps. He was very knowledgeable about all types of blinds. 10/10 review!
