My windows were installed by the builder, about 20 years ago. There were a number of problems with them, including being cracked, unable to open and a general state of disrepair.

The sales Rep from FalconWD was personable and courteous. He was able to provide options for replacing the windows.

I had an amazing experience with this company. From the moment Vladimir arrived at my home, he showed his professionalism. I found him to be very thorough and took his time explaining the different options that we had available to us for replacing our old windows. The mechanism that closes a window in one of our two-window rooms broke in the middle of the winter. Companies we contacted agreed to replace both windows only (to grab more money. Each meeting to estimate the job took at least 1.5 hour; the job would cost us near $10,000, and waiting time would be over 3 months... FalconWD's rep estimated the job in less than 20 minutes; found a (very) similar frame for the replacement; did the job in 2 weeks; both windows look almost identical from inside and outside; and it cost us $3,500.... If you need to replace a window(s) don't spend your time to find the right company but call FalconWD.

The guys from Falcon WD were very efficient and friendly. They fitted the windows and left the surrounding spaces clean and tidy. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them.

Vlad and his team showed up on time, replaced the old windows, and installed the new ones. They managed this for my detached home in 1 12 hour day. Vlad took the time to explain all the options and helped me choose the right look and fit for my home. I would recommend.
