Supply and install 2 windows and 2 patio sliders. Their pricing is good value. The sales representative was attentive and responsive, quick to return my calls. The installation crew was on time , respectful and efficient. They also left my home very tidy when done.

I got FALCON WD Windows and Doors' name and telephone number from a sign located on my next door neighbor's lawn who was having his windows replaced.
I, then, talked to the installer (Vlad) who took my business card so that someone from FALCON WD could come over and give me a Quote to replace 16 windows at my house ( Oakville).
FALCON WD's Representative, Andriy came on April 19th, 2021 to assess the work to be done and provided me with a "Competitive" Quote the next day.
Andriy was very professional and thorough in explaining the replacement and installation of the 16 windows which should take about 2 to 21/2 days to complete the installation.
I was told that the manufacturing and delivery of the Canadian made windows would take about 5 to 6 weeks...in fact, it only took 5 weeks!
Vlad (Installer) came to install all the windows and to my great satisfaction only took one (1) day to complete the work. Vlad did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and left no mess behind.
FALCON WD Windows and Doors did an outstanding job, the new windows are are amazing...I would not hesitate to recommend FALCON WD Windows and Doors to anyone ... great team to work with!!!

Needed a sliding door replacement. Old one was stiff and dated. Vladimir was quick to visit and gauge the work. Quote was clear and competitive.
Parts were ordered and installation date was given, even after I had to delay due to illness, Vlad was patient.
Installation day, work was very quick and clean, I am very satisfied.
