As a Realtor I often deal with last minute issues to make sure the home closes smoothly. This past week on closing day, I discovered the old water softener was still hooked up. We were hours away from closing. JNJ had done a fabulous job installing a softener and RO system in my own home a few months back so I knew right away who I needed to call. Without fail, Shawn was able to squeeze me into the schedule and not only disconnected everything but hauled the thing away as well. Shawn did an excellent job installing a new water softener and water filter for the kitchen sink. The price for both units plus labour equaled the next cheapest quote we had for only a softener. Shawn took the time to explain the system well and honoured his quote and appointment time. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend JNJ to anyone.

I was referred to Shawn on a local Facebook page by another happy customer when I asked for advice about a horrible service call I received from a company based out of Kitchener. I called Shawn and he spent 45 minutes on the phone helping me troubleshoot what the other company had done. It was obvious that we did need a new water softener but Shawn did not overtly try to sell me anything. He coached me to get the other company to at least refund me for their shoddy service call. Unfortunately, they only would if we bought a new system from them (Nope!). I phoned Shawn the next day to get a quote and his price was very competitive with them and he was offering a bigger unit (same brand) and way under what we spent on a smaller softener from a large company years ago in another house. I also asked him to quote on a RO system and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was and ended up getting a whole home system for less than that one water softener from the big company in our old house back in 2007. With the holidays looming Shawn was still able to fit us in and we are thrilled with our new system. The level of service he offers is unmatched in my experience. He is personable and cares about the comfort of his customer. His warranty is amazing and he honestly left our plumbing in better condition than he found it because of a couple repairs he made. We have awesome, convenient drinking water, soft water, and no more chlorine entering our home water supply. Soft water in Guelph is a must and Reverse Osmosis and no chlorine were two things on my wish list for my family's health once we were at a different financial stage in our lives but Shawn showed us how it was more attainable than we had assumed and that we don't have to wait to have great water.

Shawn was phenomenal! He did great work, explained everything that he was doing, and treated my house like his own. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with and even followed up with me to see how I was liking the system. I highly recommend him!
