Egress Window Experts

We are very excited about our new basement egress windows. We are turning our basement into a 2-bedroom basement apartment, as such we needed 2 egress windows to make it a legal apartment. Konstantin was great at recommending what we needed and what it would look like. Konstantin and his team were amazing. They did such a great job. They showed up on time, they did the job as described and promised, and they cleaned up after themselves. We cannot say enough about them. These windows have added a significant amount of light to the basement and the team positioned the big window where the kitchen would be in such a way so that I could extend the quartz countertop into the windowsill area to create an extra 10” of counter space and provide the illusion of it being an island. We also frosted the bedroom window so that the tenant would have their privacy and not have to see us on the back deck. Again, truly amazing. Thanks Konstantin.

Konstantine gave us a reasonable quote, offered suggestions we hadn't considered for window style and size. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He encouraged us to obtain a permit, to ensure there would no problems with the neighbours or city. The workers were on time, on the agreed upon date, respectful and very clean. We chose to dispose of the spoils ourselves, and asked them to put it on a tarp. All the dirt was neatly piled, with none on the lawn. The windows looks great! Definately happy with this company.

Egress window experts did a great job with cutting and installation of my egress windows and window wells. The communication was good with Konstanite, Dan and their crew. They did a very clean job and met their deadlines. I would recommend them for any of your future window projects!

Overall my experience with Egress Window Experts is good. their price is reasonable and they know what they are doing.
We are renovating our basement and want to add an egress window. We had our drawing and permit. And we want to find some experienced contractors to do the egress window cutout/installation and pass the city inspection. I found Egress Window Experts on homestar. and after contacting David, he came to give a reasonable quote and detailed the steps he'll do the job. After we sign the contract, they showed on time and did the cutout and window installation as he described before and passed city inspection. although there's some miscommunication in the middle, it's not a major problem

Great service starting from Kosta’s initial consultation to final execution by the team. A professional job which was completed after a major snowfall. They handled everything from clearing bushes to disposing of excess soil. Would highly recommend.
