had door ace change torsion springs on door, excellent service was there in 30 min, but charged $330 for 2 torsion springs, can buy same springs at on line for 76.00 for the pair , charging way too much for springs, price on parts not so good

John responded almost immediately to my service request and over a weekend we decided on the style, colour, and trim for the garage door replacement. He was able to order the replacement and installed it on Monday. He arrived on time and completed the installation in about 4 hrs. and removed the old door and rails. I was very impressed with his efficiency.

We obtained three quotes and his cost was much more reasonable than the other two. The Amarr door came in the colour we wanted so that too was a deciding factor. The door took three weeks to arrive and John called us promptly to set up an install date, which we made for the next day. John arrived on time, dismantled the old door which he took to recycle and dispose of, and installed the new door with skill and ease. He answered all our questions during all stages of this process and was always approachable and professional. We would recommend John and wish him well in his business.

I'm a general contractor based in langley and I have been struggling with finding a reliable garage door contractor until now.
