I hired Blom contracting for building a bathroom in my basement from scratch. They did an excellent job cant believe it!. Work quality was excellent! The guys that came around were very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable, The work was completed on time. I would definitely hire and recommend Blom for any other renos. We hired Blom for a reno of our ground floor – replacing hardwoods, interior doors and all trim.
We were absolutely happy with the entire team - Nick, all the office staff and the guys transforming our house into the 21st century. Their work was professional and thoughtful, taking care as they would in their own homes.
They always took care to clean up everyday and would spend time at the end of each day walking us through what they had done while happily answering all of our questions. They were a pleasure to have in our home!

Amazing team! Our shower renovation was seem less and done in a very reasonable time. The Nick and the crew made sure to clean up after each work day and the communication was clear and concise. We will definitely be using Blom again in the future!

We hired Blom to do a complete basement reno. Absolutely love the final product. The materials used are of good quality, the workmanship is excellent. We were always communicated with during the whole renovation. The team seemed like they actually wanted to do the renovation and were invested with their work. They were also very kind and polite, I wasn't worried to leave them in the house when I left. The office staff were also very professional with their work. If I had any questions they would get back to me usually within an hour or two. I would definitely hire this company again.

Blom did a massive renovation for us that involved our whole main floor (1000 sq ft) – it involved a wall coming down, two new structural beams, reconfiguring the powder room and mud room, a new doorway being added and a bay window shrinking to a smaller kitchen window. I was beyond thrilled with the work that they did. Nick was wonderful to work with – he was always quick to offer solutions to what seemed like roadblocks, and would offer budget-friendly options whenever possible. The kitchen designer who we worked with through Blom was incredible, as were all of the renovation technicians and sub-contractors who came in. Everyone was friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.
Most importantly, they stuck to the schedule and completed the reno ON TIME. No one believed my confidence that we would be back in the house as quick as we were, but in the end I had neighbours commenting on how often they saw the Blom trucks in our driveway. Nick and Rita truly care about their clients, and want to make the renovation process as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

On time. Not usually two words you associate with a renovation, but that’s exactly what Blom Contracting was. Even when our start day was the middle of a snowstorm, they showed up before their 8:00 start time! Nick assured us our kitchen / bathroom reno would be completed in six weeks and it was. And ours was not a small job! We took out a wall on our main level and moved our kitchen to the other side of the room. Nick came up with some great ideas we never would have thought of and Rita was always quick to resolve any issue that came up. We loved all the Blom employees and we received high quality workmanship from each of them. All the sub-contractors they have in place were friendly, efficient and did a great job. We would recommend Blom Contracting to anyone, their pricing is competitive and they go above and beyond. We are so happy with our new living space, thank you so much!
