Window wells, side sloping, deck weatherproofing and gate repairs
In order to deal with water issues, we had Valley Construction build two window wells, improve side sloping along one long wall, and install waterproof deck material on our back deck. The access was difficult but the work was well done on schedule. In addition we had two heavy gates that needed new framing. We had questions about one gate and Mev returned and immediately remedied the issue (despite the temperature dropping to -10C that day) without further charge.
Mev and his crew did very good work. He made certain he understood what we wanted done and made sure we knew what he was doing through out the job.
We are very satisfied and will consider Valley Construction for another project we have in the future.
