Hello Denis,
Firstly, we would like to apologize for not being able to make it out to your home that same day. I understand your frustration, especially during these cold months. Unfortunately, in a time where everyone is suffering as a result of this weather, operating as usual is quite hard.
We ask for your understanding considering the fact that Bobby personally called you multiple times throughout the day to keep you informed and also even attempted to troubleshoot the furnace through the phone free of charge as a common curtesy since we were NOT the installers. He did not by any means leave you in the dark and continuously kept you informed throughout the day. He even advised you earlier in the day to call another company as there are 24h services for emergency no heat calls because he suspected a delay in being able to make it to your home in time.
