We contacted them by phone and talked about the issues, then they reached out for some extra information after the appointment was booked which proved expertly done as they asked enough questions to diagnose our problem before they were on sight! They booked us the following morning and were right in the middle of their time window. Once on sight they confirmed the issue and actually had come prepared with the right parts to fix it in the one visit. I couldn't be happy with the level of professionalism and the way they had enough expert knowledge to help fix our fridge in one visit. Thank you ever so much!! Would use them again.

I would avoid this company. The repair technician was not competent so I used another repair company to fix my washer. As well... Both the technician and office person were very unkind and liked yelling at me when I complained that my washer was not fixed after the initial visit. The technician did not spend enough time diagnosing the problem as he was in a hurry to leave my house. Beware!!

My oven stopped working the day before my daughter’s engagement party, when I was expecting a million people for dinner. I called these guys at Toronto appliance repair. They came within 2 hours and saved my life! No problems since. Everything working beautifully.

Aidan diagnosed the problem quickly, had the correct part in his car and repsiref my dryer quickly. He even vacuumed my dryer lint and showed me how easily I could have had a fire. I will be calling on Toronto Appliances in the future to ensure that
not only my dryer but all my appliances are in tip-top shape.

Aden the technician came to the house on time on a snowy Sunday morning. He was very pleasant and courteous and made a real
effort to listen to us and help. He replaced a starter very quickly and charged a reasonable amount. He said to call him if any more
problems with the freezer appeared. Later that day we noticed it wasn't working properly and we gae him a call. He said he would
be able to come out the next day around noon. When he came he quickly found the issue and gave me a quote. We decided it was
not worth it. He told us he would give us a refund for the previous work and only charge us for the diagnostic. This was very fair
and we agreed. It's so nice to find an appliance repair company that is honest and truly values customer relations. We highly
