Hired Coppersol for some electrical work. The job dragged on for weeks. The owner was messy, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful and rude. He lost his temper at us and yelled at us over the phone in a shocking manner. We would never want anyone to experience this for themselves and would warn against using them.

Hello Janine and Robertson, is unfortunately you feel you didn't get the respect you deserved from our company and our professional work in old aging Homes like yours, 60% of knob and tube is present, makes is very difficult to add new devices as dimmers, LED pot lights and general lighting. Mrs Janine and Robertson failed to understand the importance of having knob and tube and proceed with the removal as required by ESA. ( Mrs Janine also requested to removed old ceilings medallions and replace them, hard to find now days, medallions need to be order online, takes 5-9 days) You hired me back August 15, 2019, and fired me August Friday 23 2019 at 6 pm ( 8am to 18:00 pm daily working hours, Robertson will tell me to go home, they needed space ) , from a successful job done in July 24, the new job was scheduled for August 13, Mrs Janine contact me to delay the job for 2 days at the last moment, Mrs Janine does not pay taxes, broke the contract and trust, she abuses little companies to charge back, she's hard to talk to, threats to throw tools in the street and always demanding extra free work. ( did not pay for full amount for a completed job, medallions and dimmers were in hold for arrival)
