Budget Blinds Of Red Deer

Be forewarned that Red Deer Budget Blinds does not honour their warranty program! As very loyal client to Budget Blinds Im disappointed to learn that Budget Blinds of Red Deer want to charge me a surcharge in excess of $1200 to replace my blinds with equivalent product.

Despite numerous complaints to the office manager, Amber, I posted negative review on Facebook, which finally resulted in owner of franchise to reach out to me via text message.

Ive tried to work with both Amber and the owner. It appears that they are using each other as a scapegoat.

I will be investigating my next options - Better Business Bureau and litigation - but in meantime wanted to forewarn anyone considering going with new blinds with this company.

In the least I would have expected a reimbursement of initial up/down blind surcharge and prompt call back from owner!
