I came across Don while looking for a contractor to work on my basement suite ceiling. We had a discussion and the cost relating to the project. Don is very experienced and a good listener. Over the past years, I have had so-called contractors come into my home and pretend to be working on the projects. Some even go as far as to work on things that do not require any work and end up charging me an enormous amount of money; in the end, the circle continues.
