As per photos, a section of the concrete block was broken. I expected that the repair involve re-doing the whole piece of concrete that hangs under that patio threshold. Instead, the repairman from Rooterworx poured cement into the gap and connect the threshold with the stepping stones. I am afraid that with time, the stepping stones will move up and down and break that concrete work again. And the work was done without consulting on it will be accomplished. I personally find the work too expensive for the way it was done.
After my complaint, I was contacted by Oleg who promised to come by to take a closer look at the work. Yesterday, he came with Marian the person who initially did the work. They took the time to listen to my concerns. Then, promptly, they disconnected that concrete threshold from the stepping stones. The work was performed quickly and to my great satisfaction. I am now very happy and would heartily recommend the company to other people.
