Kitchen and bath was hired to renovate our kitchen. There were problems and delays right from the beginning.

You pick out your dream kitchen with the cabinets and sink, only to find out they didn't plan correctly and feel it's okay to change the design without your approval. k&b response: "I want to start by apologizing for the sink oversight. In your new kitchen design we have put lazy susan cabinets in the corners, which made your sink base smaller than your previous one. When the Jaspel sink did not fit in the 30'' sink base, our countertop installers made a suggestion and I went with it without getting your approval. I understand you find this sink unsuitable for your new kitchen."

You discuss how parts of the install should to be completed and come to an agreement. What a disappointment to find out they cut holes in the cabinets and completed the install as originally planned. k&b response: "For me it does not make a difference where they put it as long as its provided."

You expect the hired professionals to use the proper tools and take pride in their work. If you call them out on the quality of work, they refuse to replace the damaged material. They only want to patch everything. kb response: "I agree a professional would know how to use power tools safely!"
