I initially met with Marco at the Oakville showroom in May 2024. From the beginning, I was impressed with their professionalism. At a subsequent meeting, Marco showed me a rendering of what my powder room and main bathroom would look like, which helped me to visualize the final product. Marco walked me through the process of selecting the tiles and finishes as well. When the project began in late July 2024, Mike took over and for the rest of the project, I was able to communicate with him about my series of questions. As the work progressed, I was very happy with their attention to detail and workmanship. In fact, I even had the team complete some other small electrical, demolition, and drywall projects around the house while they were completing the bathrooms at the same time. While the job took longer than expected, overall I was impressed with the how the final product turned out. Now I have beautiful, modern and up-to-date bathrooms for years to come.
