My recent kitchen and bath renovation, while not without its challenges, ultimately left me feeling quite satisfied.

During the 2nd meeting after the site visit to look at the design and quote, there was some pressure to sign the contract the same day to qualify for discounts. However, the team was responsive to my concerns about the price, and after some discussion, they offered additional discounts, which made me feel more comfortable proceeding with the project.

The renovation project faced its share of scheduling hiccups, particularly due to difficulties in coordinating with our condo management. However, the contractors remained patient and adaptable throughout, which helped alleviate some of the frustrations caused by external factors.

There were some uncommunicated design changes. However, most of these changes actually improved the overall aesthetics and functionality of the kitchen and bath so I didn't mind it so much.

One standout aspect of this renovation experience was the responsiveness of our project manager, Mike. He was consistently quick to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the project. Even after the final payment was made, Mike continued to be accessible and ensured that all minor defects I had raised were promptly fixed. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable.

The final result of the renovation exceeded my expectations. The kitchen and bath now boast a modern and stylish look, and any initial reservations I had about the project have been overshadowed by the transformation's beauty and functionality.
