Needed radon mitigation in West Edmonton (if you're in Edmonton, do yourself a favour and do a radon test over the winter), and chose Andrew at RadonCare for advice and install. The price was good and the installation professional. I also got him to install a whole home air filtration system that's really helped with the wildfire smoke in the summers.

Definitely the most knowledgeable and professional company in the business. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a radon mitigation.

We reached out to RadonCare after our radon test showed a reading of 374 Bq/m³. Before providing a quote, they took the time to ask about the test and how it was conducted to ensure we actually needed a mitigation system. They even informed us about some radon meters that had been recalled by Health Canada due to inaccuracies, which helped us feel confident in our decision.

Once the test results were confirmed, we received our quote and scheduled the installation. After the system was installed, our radon levels dropped to less than 15 Bq/m³. The technicians were polite, professional, and left the mechanical room cleaner than it was before they started. Highly recommend RadonCare for their attention to detail and excellent service!

We received short and long term detectors together a one time reading.i was hoping they would have included a permanent hand held detector so we can see randon readings in a year or more. Very happy with RadonCare's Radon mitigation. Andrew was very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations of both radon issues as well as the mitigation process prior to any work being done. The install went smoothly, done in less than a day and results have been much better than their contracted guaranteed levels. I had a great experience with the folks installing mitigation system in my basement. I think the best feeling you can get in working with a service provider is that you feel they are not after your money but truly want to solve your problem with the best quality of work and professionalism and that is exactly what I got. A high quality work was conducted to begin with and after that they made few visits and adjustment without me even asking to make sure that not only the radon levels are as low as possible but also I have the most suitable fan installed. Andrew was engaging throughout the entire process, from our first phone call, face to face evaluation/quote and diagnosis/installation of radon mitigation equipment. He provided text message and picture updates throughout the entire day of work.

Most importantly, we're seeing our numbers drop from 150-220 Bq/m3 to ~10 Bq/m3.

Andrew was extremely helpful in the whole process. We have been monitoring our radon levels for a few years. They have ranged from 124-171 Bq/m3. It was when they reached 171 we decided to take action. The morning of mitigation the level was 158, happy to report that 12 days later we are now at 84.
