Bens quote for the job was not the lowest but we placed the business with him because of his professionalism and highly detailed quote preceded by a site visit. His competition had a lower quote, without a site visit and included only a dollar value. No detail as requested.
The crew was on time on the agreed date and finished the job on the same day. They were well organized and efficient. There was no radio music or swearing which is common with outside contractors.
Bens final invoice was as per his initial quote. He left the site clean, respected our property and gardens and did a very neat installation job. He was courteous with us at all times. We would recommend Limestone Construction and Excavating and would not hesitate hiring them again.

Ben was very helpful and accommodating. I was replacing the eaves due to squirrels had chewed holes. He gave good advice. He replaced the eaves for a reasonable amount. Highly efficient,helpful and friendly.

Completely Installed metal roof, eavestroughs and trim in four days. Crew was very professional and considerate, and I received daily progress reports including the schedule for the next day. In spite of very cold weather and the need to remove snow and ice from the roof on day one, they completed the job as scheduled. When they were done, I had a beautiful new roof and a clean job site. Ben from Limestone Construction is a really great, helpful person. I needed a concrete walkway to make my house wheelchair accessible, and he did it quickly and professionally. The walkway is perfect.

Ben has an engineering background from Queens university and really knows what he's doing. I trust him with everything on my house. In fact when an internet cable was torn down, ripping some wood and siding off the house, we hired him to fix it, and you can't even tell it was ever broken. It looks just like new.

Ben has helped my family in other cities to do work on their houses too. We all trust him and his work, and he's a very friendly person to deal with. I highly recommend Limestone Construction.

We had decided to replace our roof shingles with a metal roof and we were given the name of "Limestone Construction & Excavating". Therefore, we contacted them and in a day or so, Ben came to give us a quote . We found him easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and he took the time to carefully answer any questions we had. I required the caulking on two windows to be replaced. One of the windows leaked last summer, the second window was actively leaking into the garage. This was a small job that Limestone squeezed into their schedule right before a rainstorm. They showed concern that I would have a serious leak if it wasn't repaired quickly. Not only did they replace the caulking, they also noted extra points that needed to be sealed and repaired them as well.

We have had a few rainy days since the repair and not a single leak.

I would definitely recommend Limestone Construction and Excavating and hire them again in the future.
