Called them to assess/re-pair ice box in our fridge. Was left with deep scratches in my hardwood from them not putting any mat down, damaged drywall from them pulling the fridge out and not paying attention to the side walls, the entire fridge now sits crooked, insane replacement part quotations (if even legit). They denied all this when we called them back saying it was pre-existing damage. So in essence i paid 350 dollars to get my kitchen floor ruined and still left with the same problem i started with.
