Rodents service and blocking the entrance way

I found out that the squalls had there nest above the sun room.
I called the landlord about the issue he never showed up to see what the problem is. I then found his company by doing a goggle search and another one that does rats and mice etc. in witch I also called too.
My landlord doesn't care about my safety if the house cought on fire when I'm asleep I could be killed because of the rodents eating the live wires in which could start a fire.
Both companies did a great service I will call both of them back at my landlord's experience.
