We highly recommend Mark's work. We needed help on what to do with our Basement Apartment faucet that was leaking. We called 4 different contractors for assistance and quotes and Mark was the first to call us back and came to see us that same day which was great. Mark was very professional and provided us with a few options and made some very good suggestion on where to purchase the parts we needed to complete the work. Mark was very transparent and honest with us during the entire process. That same night he was out sourcing the parts for us and sending us text photos of what he found for us to choose from. After we made our choices Mark set up a day and time to come in to do the work that suited our schedule which was great. During the entire process Mark kept us apprised of each step he was taking and what he was doing which was very comforting. There was a little issue that came up which was not seen when we looked at the work that needed to be done as it was hidden, but this did not deter Mark in getting it right or taking advantage and charging us for the extra work. Mark took on the extra work to ensure the satisfaction of the finished product was done right and stayed on track with the original quote to us not charging us extra for the extra work and part needed. When the work was completed we were so pleased with the results and excellent quality of work. Mark also was so careful when he was working to use covers to protect the floor and other area's of his work space and then afterwards cleaned up everything like he was never there. In the end he showed us step by step what he did and it look amazing! Mark has a strong desire to "get it right". When he's not satisfied with the finished product, he'll go back at it until he and the customer is fully satisfied. When you own a home you always have some kind of work that needs to get done and if you are not able to do it yourself it is great to have someone you can trust to do the work right and within your budget. We will definitely be calling on Mark again and highly recommending him to our friends and family.
