GTA Direct Windows & Doors understood my needs and it was a pleasure to work with them. Alex and his installers were very professional. They made sure that I know how to use all the windows we ordered. A day after the installation, Alex followed up to check if everything was okay. Will definitely use them again.

I shopped around a lot before having GTA Direct Windows and Doors sales man (Alex) came to our house. They were very nice and explained to us everything in detail, we felt very comfortable. The price was reasonable as well. Somehow we just felt they were the right people for our new windows. We decided to go with them. We got the windows within a month as they promised. The guys were going to start installing at 9:00 they were outside the door around 8:30. Everyone was very nice, they did a fantastic job. We love our new windows. Two of them did not fit correctly they came back within a week to install those two windows. They did such a wonderful job. We are talking about 30 windows and a patio door. They all look so good, the house looks so much better with the new windows. I would recommend them to everyone. If I ever need a new windows then I will definitely will go with them. My current windows are foggy and there's lots of condensation and its getting mouldy around the window base. So early December 2018, I spoke to Alex about my windows. Alex made it informative and easy process. I made my selections and we set timelines for the project. I'm looking forward to clearer windows!

May 2019, We had the eleven windows changed. And what a difference! They look great. We choose two frosted windows for privacy and I love them. On the other hand, I find that my heat is not lost as fast and it's reducing the furnace time. All this to say, Thank you, Alex and installation team!!

I had a great experience with GTA Direct! The customer service was professional from beginning to end. The owner, Alex, was very helpful over the phone and booked me a same day free estimate appointment.
The Manager, also named Alex, came to my home and provided a free estimate for my windows. The price was very reasonable and overall really liked the professionalism, so I booked with them.
Within a week the installer came to measure my windows and then approx 5 weeks later I had my new beautiful windows installed in my home.

Very unhappy with the customer service. Was promised an installation date and they did not show up, even after calling and confirming they were coming I was told yes but no one did. On the next scheduled installation day, they showed up, the installers walked around my house with their wet boots on and did not put any drapes down on their work area. Puddles of water were left on the hardwood floor. And they left a gap on both sides of the the sliding doors at the bottom where cold air now comes in. Very disappointed.
