Very unhappy with the customer service. Was promised an installation date and they did not show up, even after calling and confirming they were coming I was told yes but no one did. On the next scheduled installation day, they showed up, the installers walked around my house with their wet boots on and did not put any drapes down on their work area. Puddles of water were left on the hardwood floor. And they left a gap on both sides of the the sliding doors at the bottom where cold air now comes in. Very disappointed.

1) Due to the nature of the job, installations, and schedule can be delayed or complicated. On the day of your installation date, the installer got delayed with other installations due to unexpected complications of the installation. As soon as they confirmed that they won’t be able to make it, I notified you instantly. The next day we scheduled you for a new day.
2) I apologize that installers didn’t respect your house and did poorly on your patio door installation. GTA Direct policy is against it, and does not appreciate it, as well as it has zero tolerance towards disrespecting customers’ house. This issue was already addressed and won’t be repeated.
