Responded to my inquiry regarding tree removal promptly and made appointment to meet with me. Service provider very knowledgable gave reasonable estimate. Work was carried out thoroughly, promptly and they cleaned up very well after work was completed. Also gave insights and recommendations for other potential needs in our yard. I would highly recommend their services.

I met Steve and his crew through a friend of mine that had some tree work done by him. They were very happy with the work and quickly recommended him when I mentioned that I needed to have a tree take down. After talking to him on the phone I felt that I had a real professional coming in to do the work. He showed up ontime and quickly and cleanly took care of a haggered looking old maple. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of tree work or stump grinding.

I ran into Steve and his crew while they worked in the area, He took the time to speak with me even though they where working. He promised to come out and take a look at the end of their day and did exactly that. Steve McDonald came by for a last minute call when we needed a tree to be removed in front of the steps we were building for our new house. It was my own fault that it was a last minute job and he acted as though it was as important for him to get it done as it was for me. He did a great job on the front tree as well as two small trees in back that were badly placed and could not be replanted elsewhere. He was fast, friendly and reasonably priced and was happy to do it quickly after I told him I had been stood up by another arborist. I would hire him again and recommend him without reservation to do your work. Thanks again to the McDonald team!

This company offers excellent customer service and is there to get the job done. The crew was great, they really take their time to insure their customers yards are left in the same state in which they arrived in, if not cleaner! Thanks again McDonald Forestry.

Steve did a fantastic job with removing a pile of horrible trees, stumps and stump roots around my home. Everything was overgrown and rotting and I just told him to do what he would do if it was his house - which he did. He came quickly after the initial call and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He cleaned up the whole mess very well. I will definitely use his services again in 2 years when I have to remove another tree from my property.

There was this small tree that was tilting precariously over the sidewalk and onto the street. It wasn't big at all and really, we only got rid of it because it was being a bother and winter was coming. We didn't want any of the storms uprooting of yard.

The one thing that was a bit hard about the process is that their website is little help. They have good descriptions of their services, but nothing really to tell if they're in your budget. You have to call them up.

Nonetheless, they came in and sawed the tree down. They took all the necessary safety precautions and they even didn't it at a convenient time for us.

They also cleaned up our yard it a bit. You have to call them in person, but they're work is amazing.

After two companies had let us down McDonald Forestry came and worked nonstop on this tree for four hours...tree overlooked a busy road and their staff monitored both the road and foot traffic.
