Maydone Appliance Repair

My fridge was making a loud noise for months and it was driving me crazy. I had a repair person from another company come and charge me $100 service appointment and suggest I defrost the fridge and freezer as the solution. That did not work. So after several more months of noise, I gave up and called Maydone Appliance, found on the Kitchen Aid website. Within a few mins the service man told me my motor needed replacement, and if I wanted my ice machine to work again, a new ice maker. The service appointment charge was one time only, and when he came to install the parts, there was no extra charge.
It is super irritating that all appliances seem to need new parts within 3-4 years, but that isnt Maydones fault. And they were fast and efficient, and I recommend them.
