Basement Renovation review in

He had to renovate 1 bathroom completely and change vanity in the 2nd bathroom. His work was average.
In the renovated bathroom he didn't do the following
1. Install shower
2. Installed cheap lights. He promised to replace it but never did
3. Didn't install bidet
In the 2nd bathroom, he didn't do anything. He promised to do the job, false promises date but never shows up to finish the project.
