Bought a new house on Carew Blvd in Lindsay, should have been nice. The quality and workmanship that has gone into these homes is horrendousthe only thing worse than that are the people that work for Bativia Homes. Had a long list of deficiencies that were supposed to be looked after the first week I was here, now almost a year in and nothing. Not our problem now, try to get it done with the Tarion Warranty! The people at the Bativia Office in Oshawa and Phil on-site are horrible, providing horrible customer service and should not be allowed to build in any community.
