Sunil and his crew did the framing for my major renovation project including:
- Install a big lintel on the exterior wall to support roof/rafters and a deck on a second floor
- Double the joists through out the house, triple the trimmers at the stair opening with adequate supports
- Frame 2 new washroom and separation wall
- Rebuild a run down deck

He is a very pleasant man to deal with, in fact the most polite guy I have ever seen in the construction industry. He accommodate all of my needs/changes with a smile on his face. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects.

Beginning to end they were easy to communicate with, and I was very happy with the fact that they were easy going and wouldn't fuss over little changes that i requested. Over all one of my best experiences with contractors!

Sunil is very patience, and professional. they started work at 7:30, and back around 4:30 (7 hour per day). they doing things very fast and try to help you to save the problems. The price is very reasonable, compare to any other in GTA. and i think their attitude is much better than other. (Some cheap company can provide lower price but the service and attitude are disaster). over all if you are new to build your own house you should try this company, you will learn a lot.
