I contacted this company based on a recommendation because my dishwasher had broken down. I am completely satisfied with their service and can highly recommend them to others. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and offered me several options for fixing it. For my particular case, an additional part needed to be ordered, which took a few days. In the meantime, the technician temporarily got the dishwasher running so that I could still use it while waiting for the part. A few days later, when the part arrived, the technician returned and completed the repair. I am very pleased with the service. Everything was done cleanly and neatly. A big thumbs up from me!
