I hired FuDa to do house renovation, including hardwood floor replacement, stairs replacement, kitchen refacing, laundry room restoration and some other minor fixes. While I was choosing renovation teams, FuDa owner Kenny provided solid suggestions and quoted a reasonable price, without pushing me to extend the scope of renovation.

Kenny and his team have been very professional and dedicated. I added extra workload in middle of the renovation, and Kenny was able to re-arrange the timeline accordingly. I also asked the workers many questions about the rationale behind some of the work they did (just out of curiosity). They were able and willing to explain to me.

One thing they could improve is effective communication, for example regularly providing project updates to the client. There were couple of miscommunications through the project, which led to some delay in the project.

Overall, Kenny and FuDa team's work deserves recommendation and acknowledgment. I look forward to working with them in the future again on a larger project.

Contracted them to renovate my 2nd floor and install my basement. They did a very good job. I am very happy with their quality, service and professionalism. They were not the cheapest around but you get what your paid for. It was really a hassel free experience. It could have been a much painful process if i didn't work with them. Highly recommend.

They provided good advice and included additional works without cost to us. They helped on other issue in the house that been bothering us for years. We had our bathrooms renovated by Fuda team and we really liked the results. They were fast as they brought in extra guys on the days they had a lot to do. Their tiling skills were also great and their prices were reasonable. We totally recommend them.

Lastly, I want to mention that Ken's team can do complex work from changing plumbing/Ventilation/gas line routing to modifying internal structure (under permit) to exterior modification.
You can start with a small project and see if you like his work. anyway, I would highly recommend Kenny's team and you won't be regret!

Very well-finished renovation project on my basement and 3 bathrooms. Nice staff and boss. Detail-oriented and trustable. A reliable partner. Absolutely would like to ask them to do next project.

We went to Kenny's showroom and asked for the quote for hardwood installation in our bedrooms. We wanted to purchase material ourselves because we wanted exactly match with our main floor. He agreed to help in hauling material. and provided instructions in how to store them in the house.

On the day of work, the guys showed up and get to work right way. They were able to complete nearly 1000 sq ft the same day which is impressive.

We also asked him to help in fixing some wall plugs and cracks on baseboard.

All in all, great workmanship and they complete exactly what they promised and helped things that would make our life easier without charge
