I liked that they took the time to explain things to me. E.g. humidity settings. Showed me pictures before and after. Changed my furnace filter for me. Overall, very professional
Duct masters had a package but I added the furnace, aircon and dryer to be cleaned too.
Also got a free sanitizing treatment
