I first engaged Ross years ago when the spring broke on my garage door and it ended up ripping the arm right out of the garage. Rather than tell me I had to get new door in, Ross MacGyvered a bracket that was able to handle the weight and saved me thousands. Brilliant solution really. I was so impressed with Ross that I kept his phone number in my phone under "Garage Guy Ross" in case I ever need help again. Well last night the other spring broke on my 23 year old garage door, so I texted him. Within minutes he replied, and we talked on the phone. Since I had no car in the garage, and thus no emergency need, Ross arranged to come out the very next morning. He even remembered me and the unique job he did last time over five years later. As a returning customer, he offered me slightly better pricing than usual, and much less than the local companies would charge. The main thing for me, is I knew I had a guy I can trust coming. Ross set a time to be here, communicated with me when he was ten minutes away, and arrived as scheduled. We had a great discussion about other things in our lives as he easily replaced my spring. Fixing a garage spring is likely the easy part, but the best part was Ross values the relationships with his clients. He demonstrates AMAZING customer service and provides warranties he stands behind.
