We needed to cure an odour that we feared might be unhealthy; Abri-Spec took down the wall, fixed the problem, and rebuilt all in one day. We are confident that they had the knowledge to fix whatever they found, and the odour is gone. Be aware that good work is in demand: we had to wait for our start date.

Abrispec took our basement back to the studs, insulated, water-proofed and re-finished it. They also managed exterior excavation, foundation sealing and weeping tile replacement. Basement went from a humid space to feeling like any other room in the house. Work was done professionally, on time and to budget. Good and responsive customer service. Very pleased with the work.

Phil and Jean were very helpful and kind during a stressful time. They had arrived to help when a job was completed incorrectly. They were prompt even though they were super busy and installed an air exchange in the basement so we could move back into our house while we awaited the removal of the rest of our Mold. They were professional with their work and did a good job. I would recommend them for Mold removal any time.

Had to have an entire 900sq.ft. basement gutted and cleaned for mold and poorly contruction inlcuding not being up to code and vapour barrier and framing improperly installed. Abri spec fixed all defects and re built the entire basement including all duct and new subfloor work exactly how we wanted and on budget. They explained each step and provided reasonable solutions to problems. All of their work was inspected by an air quality inspector and passed with flyin colours. They have performed several jobs for me since.
