No Customer service or warranty support
Nordik purchased consumer choice windows which is who we purchased the windows from and will not provide any support or assistance to repair a window that has a crack in it . I called 18 months ago to start the service request. After months and months of calls and follow ups they have advised me they will not replace the window because the manufacturer is no longer honouring the warranty . Regardless of warranty or not they didn’t even want to replace the glass with a similar one even if I would pay , there warranty claim and customer service is simply not true

Hello Claudio, we're sorry for the situation you find yourself in with your broken window. As noted, the manufacturer of the window you purchased is no longer in business and is therefore not able to provide any parts for us to service the window. Consumers Choice was a retailer of many different brands of windows and we still service all of the installations done by Consumers Choice provided the manufacturer is still in business and able to provide us with the parts needed to complete the service.
