The installation was flawless. 13 windows completed in one day. Was very impressed.
There was a couple of issues with the windows. That said, they sent out a technician the day after I reported the issues.
So far I have no reason to believe they do not stand by their product, although I believe first time quality could be improved at the factory level IMO.
